1. Services and scope
Sterling Affiliate Marketing provides digital marketing and creative services, which may include SEO, content strategy, paid advertising support, social media marketing, web and conversion optimization, analytics, branding, campaign launches, influencer marketing and AI-assisted video production.
Deliverables, timelines, revisions, platforms, budgets and fees are determined by the applicable proposal or written agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or additional fee.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely information, approvals, assets and access reasonably required to perform the services.
- Ensure that materials supplied by the client are lawful and that the client has the necessary rights, licenses and permissions.
- Review and approve advertising copy, creative, landing pages and other materials before publication when approval is requested.
3. Fees, billing and taxes
Fees are based on the selected plan or agreed project scope. Unless a different schedule is stated in writing, work may require payment before production or at the milestones stated on the invoice. Client is responsible for applicable taxes, advertising spend and third-party platform charges unless expressly included in the written agreement.
Late or failed payments may pause work, delivery or access to services until the account is brought current.
4. Advertising and third-party platforms
Marketing services may use platforms such as search engines, social networks, analytics providers, hosting services and other third-party tools. Platform policies, approvals, outages, pricing, account restrictions and algorithm changes are outside Sterling Affiliate Marketing’s control. Media spend is separate from service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. AI-assisted content
AI tools may be used for ideation, copy, storyboards, images, voice, video, editing or other production steps. AI output can contain errors, unexpected similarities or limitations. Final content should be reviewed and approved before commercial use. Client remains responsible for confirming that final materials meet its legal, brand and platform requirements.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, rights to final client-specific deliverables are transferred or licensed as stated in the applicable project agreement. Third-party assets, stock media, fonts, software, platform materials and AI-tool outputs may remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Sterling Affiliate Marketing may retain general know-how, templates, workflows and non-confidential techniques used to provide the services.
7. Results and performance
Marketing performance depends on many factors, including market conditions, competition, budget, offer quality, platform changes and client execution. No specific ranking, lead volume, revenue, conversion rate, return on ad spend or other business result is guaranteed unless expressly promised in a signed written agreement.
8. Cancellation and termination
Either party may end a project according to the applicable written agreement. Amounts for completed work, approved milestones, reserved production time and non-refundable third-party costs may remain payable. See the Refund Policy for further details.
9. Prohibited use
Clients may not use the website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, impersonation, abuse, malware, deceptive practices or content that violates applicable law or a third-party platform’s rules.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sterling Affiliate Marketing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services. Any additional liability limits or exclusions will be governed by the applicable written agreement and law.
11. Changes and governing terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to website use, while a signed project agreement may govern the commercial relationship for a specific engagement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
